The material quality is just awful, and the customer service is downright rude. When the outfit arrived, it looked nice, but I wanted to wash it before dressing my newborn right after birth. I followed the washing instructions and used 30 degrees. There was no mention of air drying, but as a first-time mom without a tumble dryer, we air dry everything. Unfortunately, the outfit came out completely ruined and all wrinkled. I first reached out via Instagram, but my messages were read and ignored. Then I sent an email, offering to return the items and cover shipping so they could check what went wrong. After a week, I got a really rude reply accusing me of lying about how I washed and dried the clothes, saying I 'clearly didn't care for the outfit' and that they wouldn't do anything. I was in total shock at how they treat their customers, refusing to take responsibility for their faulty products and throwing around accusations. No partial refund or any kind of apology was offered; just rude blame directed at me after I followed THEIR washing guidelines. This company seems to care only about making money, not about their customers. It’s been a complete waste of my time and money, especially with my due date just a month away. Absolutely disgraceful.

Ordered some baby boots labeled as unisex, but noticed the soles had blue circles. One of the boots had the fur stitched on a bit crooked, but I managed to fix it without much hassle. The customer service was top-notch, and they're checking into the sole color issue. Everything I got was of decent quality and arrived pretty fast. Definitely gonna shop here again.
